IF YOU WERE FIRED TOMORROW, WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

IF YOU WERE FIRED TOMORROW, WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

If your boss called you into his or her office tomorrow morning and told you they had to let you go, how would you respond?

▶️ Would you cry?

▶️ Would you scream?

▶️ Would you be calm?

▶️ Would you think about all the bills you have to pay or would you think about all the other jobs you could get?

▶️ Would you think about how other people would judge you or would you think about how it would make you stronger?

We get comfortable in our situations and we live in the ILLUSION that change will not happen. But change does happen.

Whether it is a battle, a sporting event, a speaking engagement, a job presentation...the time to prepare isn't when it begins ... we prepare beforehand. We make our game plan, our strategy, our emergency survival guide all before we face the adversity. So start thinking about getting fired now.

What would be your plan?

How can you be proactive instead of reactive?

When you are proactive, you can make proper decisions so that you aren't left feeling like your legs have been cut out from under you. Don't let struggles, hardships, and failures cripple your spirit. Don't let them catch you off guard. Get out in front of change before you are crushed by it.

Be prepared. Be proactive. Be ready. Be resilient.

When we become resilient...getting fired, or anything else for that matter, will not shock us and leave us without answers. Have a beautiful day.
